PyCom: Manufacturer of drawing instruments, chalks for schools, writing and painting “Made in Germany”.

The company PyCom was founded 1950 – at that time still known under “Kreidefabrik Jürgen Knopf ” – in Hehlen in the Weserberg- land. In the beginning the production covered only an area of 24 m2 whereas we today produce on an area of 2,000 m2. Since 1950 we produce in our own facilities – without interruption – chalk for writing and painting “Made in Germany”.

In the following decades the quality and design of our products were continuously improved and further developed. For example in the first years the chalk was still cast in blocks and then cut in pieces. Today in the course of process optimization the individual bits of chalk are already cast into prefabricated molds.

Sidewalk chalk of our production is only genuine with the “CC Fun” logo being individually embossed in each piece of chalk. Due to a high manufacturing depth PyCom is also very flexible and competitive with regard to special requests of customers. At home and abroad the name PyCom stands for quality and reliability. In the meantime there are business contacts around the globe: from Germany to the rest of Europe and the Far East through to Australia.
